About Me

Hi there! I am The Wild Globetrotter, a Brit who has a passion for travelling. I have studied, worked and travelled in 55 countries and counting. I love exploring new places, discovering hidden gems, trying delicious food, meeting people from different places and learning new cultures. I am always on the hunt for exciting and unique experiences.

There are 2 sides of me. 1 – The outdoor enthusiast who loves watersports, camping, hiking, and getting into nature. 2- A city traveller. I love noticing differences within people’s daily habits, trying new food, and learning about the culture in different destinations. I’m a huge language lover too. I studied 3 foreign languages at university and now study 3 more in my spare time.

This blog will be a place for me to document my travels, inspire other travellers as well as to share itineraries, hikes, delicious food and tips to make your travelling experiences better and with ease.
